I’m Caroline Thomson, founder of Authenticity Works.
I have 20+ years leading People functions: building teams, leadership, strategy and culture that reflects today’s values-driven workforce. I work with start-ups and scale-ups through funding rounds to create environments that balance performance with alignment.
